Alert Public Safety Solutions Announces Dennis Brandenburg as Software Advisory Executive Board Member
COLUMBUS, OHIO (January 19, 2018) – Alert Public Safety Solutions (APSS), today announced that Dennis Brandenburg, Director of St. Joseph County 911 Center in Centreville, Michigan, has been appointed as an executive board member of the APSS Software Advisory Board.
Director Brandenburg, a veteran of public safety, has been involved in the field since 1977. Brandenburg a graduate of Kellogg Community College and Grand Valley State University has moved through the ranks during his law enforcement career starting out as Deputy for St. Joseph County Sheriff Department and retiring as a Sergeant in 2004. Unable to stay away from public safety, Brandenburg began his career as a Shift Supervisor at the St Joseph County 911 Center in 2004. He was promoted to Director in 2014, overseeing the operations of the center; providing services to over 22 police, fire, and ambulance services.
St. Joseph County Michigan has been an APSS customer since 2012 and uses Responder™, Enforcer™, Sentinel™, First Due™, and AlertMap™. Brandenburg brings a wealth of knowledge in APSS Product Suite™ and has assisted APSS in product upgrades, enhancements, and design.
